Bryan Varghese

Jeremiah 29:11 (NIV) - "For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."

This memorial website was created in the memory of Pastor Tom (Bryan) Varghese, born on May 13, 1979 and called to be with his Father in Heaven on April 11, 2012.

Pastor Bryan Varghese always understood the important of a relationship with the Lord and how important it was to bring the message of the Gospel to the world around him. Although his initial ambition was to be a heart surgeon, God had a different plan for his life. God allowed for a season of vigorous physical ailments and spiritual battles in the life of Pastor Bryan. Yet, God always proved to be faithful, for as God says in 2 Corinthians 12:9 (NIV),“My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.”

Against all odds, Pastor Bryan was the first to tell anyone, “outside of my salvation, cancer was the greatest thing that ever happened to me.”

Despite his trials and sufferings, the job of sharing the Gospel was never lost on him. God knew that Bryan’s time here on earth would be short, but in that short amount of time, God enabled Bryan to not only bring many people to know about the love of Christ, but also, to equip many of the young people that he encountered with the tools they needed to share the Gospel with others.
